Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this service. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What the service does
AmPuH SEO Intelligence Next retrieves pages from websites you have proven you control, checks them against a published catalogue of technical criteria, and reports what it found together with the evidence behind each finding. It also connects, at your request, to Google, Bing and Yandex webmaster services in order to perform operations you ask for.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it. Do not share credentials. If you believe somebody else has access, change your password: doing so ends every other signed-in session on your account.
You may only audit websites you control
This is the one rule the service enforces technically rather than trusting you on. A project must pass an ownership check, by publishing a file or a meta tag we specify, before any audit or submission can run against it. Attempting to work around that check is a breach of these terms.
Fair use of third-party services
When you connect a provider, you are using your relationship with that provider and your quota, under their terms as well as ours. Rate limits, cooldowns and per-plan allowances exist in this service to keep it within those terms, and circumventing them is a breach of these terms.
What this service does not promise
It does not promise rankings, traffic, or that a search engine will index anything. No product can, and any that claims to is misleading you. Where a provider offers only notification or inspection rather than submission, this service says so rather than implying more. Findings are evidence and a judgement about that evidence; they are not a guarantee of outcome.
Availability
This service is offered as it is, without a service-level guarantee. It depends on third-party APIs that can be slow, rate limited, or unavailable, and when that happens it reports the failure honestly rather than presenting a stale result as a fresh one.
Plans and allowances
Each plan carries limits on projects, audits per month and scheduled audits. Those limits are enforced as you use the service and are shown in your account. A trial ends on the date shown in your account and does not renew by itself.
Suspension
An account may be suspended for auditing sites you do not control, for attempting to bypass a technical limit, or for using the service to attack a third party. Where circumstances allow, you will be told why.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, this service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost rankings, lost traffic or lost revenue. Decisions you take on the basis of a report remain yours.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be removed at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what removal covers.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the effective date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that date means the revised version applies.
