Availability

Open on every plan. Each request is paid with Research credits, separately from the plan, and credit packs are sold on paid plans.

This document is open to every reader on every plan. Availability tells you what a plan includes; it does not decide what you may read.

What it is for

Research is search data bought with credits, separately from your plan: you pay only for the checks you run, and every result stays in your history. This page is the hub for Rank Check, Rank Tracker, Keyword Ideas and AI Visibility, and the place where credit packs are bought and the wallet is read.

How to use it

  1. Open Research and read "What you can run": each tool shows Ready, Locked or Not active yet, and what one request costs.
  2. Press "Buy credits", choose a pack and pay the exact amount by QRIS before the deadline; the last digits of the amount identify your payment.
  3. Attach the "Payment screenshot" (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB) under "After paying, send the receipt" and press "Send receipt".
  4. Wait for "Paid ... The credits are in your wallet.", then choose a tool and run your first request.

Reading the result

The wallet shows the credits left, the credits used, the credits held for requests still running and when the period ends. The usage statement adds up the plan allowance, carried credits, bought credits and adjustments, so the remaining figure can always be traced back to its sources.

What it cannot tell you

Credits are not granted when you pay or upload the receipt; they appear only once the payment is confirmed, and a rejected receipt returns the invoice for another one. Tools stay locked until the first pack is confirmed. Credit packs are sold on paid plans, because credits bought on a trial would end with it.

What it keeps

Credits you buy stay valid for 12 months from payment and carry over between periods; a plan allowance ends with its period. The payment screenshot is stored outside the public web root, and every movement of credits is kept in the account ledger.
